The itinerary begins with your arrival at the airport in Beijing and ends with your transfer to the Shanghai airport for your departure home. When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that the majority of flights to China from the United States arrive the following day and flights back to the United States arrive the same day.

Day 01: Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to Presidential Beijing Hotel or similar for check-in.

Day 02: Beijing
Full day tour: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace. (B, L)
Optional Kung Fu Show with Peking Duck dinner, USD 60 per person.

Day 03: Beijing
Full day tour: the Badaling Great Wall (2 hours visit at least) with jade stone workshop visit en route, photo stop at the Bird Nest & Water Cube. (B, L)

Day 04: Beijing
Full day tour: the Temple of Heaven (watch local people doing all kinds of morning exercise, including Chinese Tai Chi ), pearl factory, Hutong tour by rickshaw with a home visit. (B, L)

Day 05: Beijing - Xi'an
Fly to Xi'an. Visit the Provincial Museum & Big Wild Goose Pagoda. (B, L)

Day 06: Xi'an
Full day excursion to the Terra-cotta Warriors Museum, and visit to the ceramics & pottery workshop en route. Enjoy the Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Show tonight. (B, L, D)

Day 07: Xi'an - Guilin
Transfer for your flight to Guilin. None of any others scenery in the world could be ranked in parallel with Guilin for the magnificent natural landscape. In the afternoon, visit Reed Flute Cave. (B, L)

Day 08: Guilin
Today, enjoy a scenic boat cruise down the Li-Jiang River to the small town of Yang Shuo. Along the route, experience an endless variety of spectacular scenery and colorful river traffic which ranges from one man bamboo rafts to large junks, plus an occasional wading water buffalo. Explore in Yangshuo before drive back to Guilin. (B, L)

Day 09: Guilin
Free day in Guilin. (B)

Day 10: Guilin - Shanghai
Drive to Guilin Airport and fly to Shanghai. Meet and transfer to the Hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. (B)

Day 11: Shanghai
Full day visit to the Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum, the Bund and Xintiandi, Pudong New Development Zone. (B, L)
Optional Shanghai Acrobatic Show with dinner, USD 60 per person.

Day 12: Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai
Full day excursion to Suzhou: the Garden of Master of Nets, Silk Spinning Factory , Pingjiang Road Old Town Area. (B, L)

Day 13: Shanghai - U.S.A
Transfer to airport for your flight home. (B)

Guaranteed deparure based on minimum of 2 passagers.
Single traveler is accepted only when the desired departure has other passenger signed up. However, the airport round trip transfers surcharge will be requested for single travelers: USD 50 per person.
For the booking that passengers arrive in Beijing between 9 pm and 7 am, or depart Beijing before 7 am and after 10 pm, please add USD 30 respectively for the transfer surcharge.
